1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

For hygienic reasons, worn corsets cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized or made-to-measure corsets.

Discounted or sale items (unless defective).

Products damaged due to misuse or improper care.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size, we offer an exchange option (subject to stock availability). Customer bears the shipping cost for return; we cover shipping for the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
